Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement: Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish.

Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings, to assist guests in making informed choices.

Order Accuracy: Accurately record and relay guest orders to the kitchen staff, ensuring timely and precise delivery of food and beverages.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive dining atmosphere.

Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency, striving to exceed expectations.

Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout service hours.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume, casual upscale dining environment preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting, with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and service delivery.

Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $19.29 - $20.89 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
